Battaglin alloy road bike frame with parts, and a couple of issues.
Late 90's early 2000's?
Stamped as a '52', I've measured it as 52cm centre to centre seat tube (54cm centre to top) and 53.5cm centre to centre top tube.
Large ovalised alloy tubing.
Lots of pics here:
Issues - carbon forks are included, but these have cracking in the paint where the oxidising alloy crown is meeting the carbon legs. No flex/creaking and I have ridden this as a built up bike - I've removed some paint so you can judge for yourself in the pics. Perfectly fine to use as a static trainer... Your call on whether they are safe to ride. Me, I'd put some tape over as I'm pretty sure it is the surface finish with fine crack lines rather than a structural fail.
Seatpost is stuck in the frame..., I've not spent any real effort in trying to free it. Should be an alloy post in an alloy frame and worst case scenario can be cut, rolled and removed with some effort and time. Def stuck for now...
