I took the frame in to cadence in Bath today to hopefully chase and face the bb and let me know the exact seat post diameter I need...
Updates will follow!
Looks like the BB has been sorted :)
need to get a black 26.6 post though..
BB has been chased/faced - all good.
Waiting on an all black 26.4 seat post and was thinking of buying a shimano zee 1x10 groupset...
Also like the look of a renthal 50mm stem and wide bar combo
Seat post 26.4 fits but has stupid anodised decals so I put a Paul sticker in for the time being. Put on some profile cranks so I could sort out saddle height and reach to bars
This is going to be super rad!
Yea this looks dope so far. What kind of bb and axle are those bmx cranks paired with?
The axle is a splined profile with profile screw in external bb cups. Needed spacers to clear the chain stays.
This looks sweet
So much yes
One of these just purchased:
These will be put on tonight
Looking very nice!
-are you leaving the disc mount tab on that fork? (I’d go angle grinder and rattlecan m’self)
I'll keep it on there as you never know - might go for a disk on the front at some point in the future and could always braze on a rear disc tab (maybe!)
Super comfortable and still only around 8kg at the moment
Mocking up luggage
