The gear cable on my inter7 hub is held the hub end by a grub screw rather than the usual hook arrangement. You can see where it goes centre of pic. Said grub screw has been lost. Anyone any idea what size is required. All I know is that it takes an 2mm hex key to adjust.
Might be a daft question but do you have any regular bolts to test with?
Not a daft question at all, but yes, have already had a rummage through the bits box - although I have just remembered I have a set of canti's somewhere with grub screw adjusters. I'll try and find them tomorrow and see if any good.
As a guess and compared to your mudguard bolt its looks about 4mm.
I think you could be right.
I've lost a grub screw recently and so now I'm using cone point versions because they are less likely to come loose.
