Looks great! My in laws rented a house near Bergerac a while back. Amazing wine tours on the bikes, though hitting the first tasting at 10am was always a bit much. That looks like a decent bottle, tested it yet?
Excellent! Some metal mudguards and you've got yourself a real winner.
Canal ride to a cafe with my family on a sunny Sunday
Cycle from Wiltshire to charmouth planned for next Saturday
That's lovely, does the weight distribution affect handling much?
Doesn’t seem to- rode it no hands and it felt fine - the overall weight as pictured with nothing in the bags is 16kg so that’s the main disadvantage.!
That looks excellent, just good proportions and angles (and paint job obviously) all over the place. Finished with the chunky tyres -very nice indeed.
That Bergerac theme tune.... will never leave me.
Here you go
yep, love it.
Thanks! Playing with set ups - 13.2kg as seen. Will swap out tape for white and a silver stem
Looks great. What model are the Maxxis tyres and how do they roll on the road? Much drag?
Thanks- maxxis pace 26 x 2.2. They seem to roll fine but can update after my weekend jaunt
What a bike. Love it. Cinder Cone's have never looked so good. Drops, Campagnolo, loaded - so sweet.
Route for the weekend sorted.
Waiting on a silver stem to be delivered
Made it to charmouth- 7 hours in the saddle with some downright offensive hills in Dorset that nearly finished me off. Bike was comfortable, heavy and slow - next time I’ll do on a bike that is half the weight!
Excellent. Looks like it's great to ride.
I just weighed my 26" - it came in at 17,2 kg!!
So comfortable though and the 17,2 are with rack+basket and mudguards.
Yours look properly good though. Love the campag.
real class that, in many ways
