• Hi,

I have these wheels that came off a bike that I recently bought. They're in nice condition with tyres/tubes included.

CK Classic hubs with Shimano freehub that (I think) only fit 8/9/10spd. (about 34mm measured) - I believe it's possible to machine an 11spd cassette to fit.

£325 posted (+ paypal fees) but please let me know if I'm off with the price.

  • Any ideas on the rims / spokes or who built them ?

    Also 32h or 36?

    Ta

  • Pictures show a sticker that says DT RR 1.1
    I count 32 spokes.

  • What he ^ said (thanks btw). Plain gauge spokes. I don't know the builder sorry.

  • Thanks, what’s the rim wear like?

    Also are they 130mm or 135mm ?

    Ta

  • The rims have a good amount of wear remaining with the dotted markers on the braking surface still visible.

    130mm

    Cheers

  • Thanks, I broke some Royce wheels last night so need some new commuter wheels and these could be good (durable and serviceable)

  • Great wheels for everyday use. The tyres are 25mm Conti GP4000sii and Specialized Roubaix with loads of miles in them.

Best to PM me if you want to follow up.

  • Can you post them?

  • I can post them and have sent you a quote - it's working out about £30 to europe

So with paypal fees on top of that, the total (abroad=cross border rates) comes to about £335 - maybe a bit less. (I allowed £15 postage to UK - so at £305 asking= 290+30+fees)

UK total will be £316 posted inc fees

You could of course pay by paypal gift and avoid fees but that is a voluntary option
