Someone is selling a Shimano pro 4 rays, I would love to buy it,but I'm bit concerned about the conditions, also I have never had carbon wheel.
Looking at the pictures what's your thoughts?
Are those signs on the wheel normal?
Don't see much to concern me there.
Are you asking if the overlap of the carbon is normal? I'd say it was.
The valve looks very short though. I think you'd struggle to get a pump to seal on it on it as is. Not sure what the tyre is but it doesn't look like one of the Vittorias where you can swap the valve stem and fitting an extender on there (semi)permanently is going to be a messy solution so you'll probably need to fit an extender to inflate the tyre and remove it before use or choose your track pump carefully.
Thanks, I bought it!
