Anyone want any of this hideous stuff? Will give it to the Bike Station if not.
Also have this stuff for sale: https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/337387/
Gone: Pair of moderately worn Continental Speed King 26" × 2.1" (old style, not the new ones). Free
Gone: Pair of blue Vredestein Fortezza Senso, 700c×25mm. Free
Gone: Pair of Bontrager SR1 slick tyres 26" × 1.5". Free
World's most disgusting saddles - free (really I ought to pay you to take these)
Black 3T drop bars, 25.8 clamp - free
Gone: Silver North Road bars, not exactly sure of clamp size, seemed a bit creaky - free
Gone: Amusingly garish fluoro Profile aero bars - free
26" canti/V-brake fork, horrid blue colour. ~16.5cm steerer, ~5cm thread. Free
Gone: 26" QR disc brake wheel, rear, with broken freehub. Rim's still good (36h). I was using it reversed with the 6-bolt fixed sprocket. Free
Gone: Generic 700c QR disc brake wheel, front - I think the axle's ever-so-slightly bent (maybe a mm or so out at the rim) as this wheel was attached to a bike that was attacked by neds. But still works fine - I've no need for it. Free
Assorted shite - spokes, horrid pedals, stem bolts, etc. - all free
All collected in Gorgie if possible, evenings and weekends, or you can wait until I'm working from home one day. Or I can maybe bring things to Kirkcaldy on a weekday.
That chequered saddle is gross. Can I have it. I kinda want to see how gross it is in real life.
It's as horrid as it looks. Just as a bonus bit of nastiness the rails are red too. All yours! Will PM
Anyone here interested in a small (50cm seatpost, 53 top tube - need to confirm) ratty Dawes Galaxy frame and forks for £20? Its pretty rusty, I bought it like that from someone on the forum, but it has held up well and appears structurally sound.
Would make a good commuter. Send me a pm if you’re interested and I can send pics.
Got a picture? Maybe interested as a runabout for my girlfriend.
Yep, here it is in a bit of a strange, galactic porteur, set up. I'd probably keep most of the bits on it, including headset. But let me know if you really need anything and I'll see what I can find in the spare parts.
Should also say, if anyone has a similar frame (steel, cantilevers, and a bit run down) in 55-56 I'd be interested.

Do you like coffee? Do you want a robot to make it for you before you wake up? Then take this Lidl robot coffee machine off my hands (for free).
Works and everything and not had a lot of use but I only make one cup in the morning and space is at a premium, so I'm sticking with analogue coffee. Looks like this except white instead of black:
Finally, we have a moving date to come down off the hills into town
I’ll be glad to be joining you lot on the 11th
And promptly spamming the thread with various item for sells, once we have unpacked....
Now in the true spirit of the forum, after being down here for 5 mins I will try and flog you all stuff.
This is just a list and if anything takes your fancy shout for photos and details, I've not put prices on things as I've just whacked them up here from memory, but I'm just looking to move stuff on for forum prices
More stuff will prob emerge from the boxes in the coming weeks.
I'm in all day tm and this evening, just of the top of Broughton Street.
When my back and leg are better, I look forwards to some rides!
Ooh my ortlieb is falling apart - how much would you like for yours?
say £35 a pannier?
Are they "classic"? With the shoulder strap down to the clip near the base, like this:
Yes they are
I actually have two sets for some reason, so added them in to the list and also a disc specific tubus rack
Edit moved to PM.
