• Hi all.

Selling my fixed gear conversion as I will be leaving the country and returning to Australia. Sturdy little guy that has served me well for the past 18 months

The frame is a Gios Torino, size 53 c-t vertical (52 ctc) and 52 ctc top tube. It was repainted from the classic blue by a previous owner. Current paint is in good condition apart from a bit of speckling near the chain stay. Nice forks but not sure if they are original with the frame.

Currently a Stronglight Italian Bottom Bracket. I have the original Campagnolo bottom bracket that came with the frame that I will include in the sale.

    San Marco Rolls leather saddle

    Origin 8 fixed wheelset

    BREV Seatpost

Quill Stem, Riser Bars and Chainset are from Single Speed Components in London

    Shimano 600 Headset

A brake can be put on if needed (+£10)

    £210

View and Collect from East London. Could also bring the bike more Central.

    It's not a Gios it's a Carhartt Everything Ahead

  • Carhartt Everything Ahead

    What?

Over the years Gios Torino Professionals, Super Records and other models came with a variety of lugs, bottom brackets and details, and there was quite a few done with custom spec too.

The bike was clearly resprayed at some point, and I'm not sure if it's the original fork (though could be from what Ive seen in 90's catalogues).

This 1981 fits the lug, geo and dropout profile. Internal cabling could have been factory extra or done when resprayed.

  • It was necessary to put these photos earlier on the other hand the forks are random SLX IMO yes...

  • Or perhaps trust in the seller instead of comparisons against irrelevant niche Gios detailing ...

  • Dropout drilling are for Campagnolo's Portacatena, details here:
