Yippee - from another functional Fox owner
Can't catch a Fox... Glad you got it back!
Cool, glad you got it sorted out quickly!
Total win, glad you got it back, from yet another functional fox owner! Safe riding.
Great bike, glad you got it back - keep it safe and more pics please!
Some updates. Bike now looking ridiculous with new deore 1x10 with a 11-46 cassette. Also swapped the chainset for a spa cycles TD2 with 42 narrow wide. Had already cut the chain for a 40t chainring so it's a bit too short now.
The bike is nearly finished. I want to get a larger basket and I'm going to make a bag to go with it. Also looking at new tyres, tempted by gravelkings but the new schwalbe hurricanes are probably a more sensible choice for commuting.
Looks excellent. Is the cassette a Shimano one, SunRace or something else?
It's Shimano. They released a new deore line a couple of months ago. It's very good value. Cassette was only 40 euro or something
Ah I spotted this last year in town! The banana on the saddle made me laugh.
My courier comp is going to end up looking very similar I think. Is the steering stabiliser thing worth it?
Haha was that outside Heuston?Banana wasn't there when I came back to the bike after a weekend away and someone had robbed the grips!
Eh I had stabliser thing lying around. It's handy for locking up to a pole to stop the wheel flopping. I'd say it's Worth it
Yeah it was! Such a nice looking bike. I've never heard of someone robbing grips before. Pity, they matched nicely.
Put on some Nitto albatross bars and I'm loving them, so comfy and help speed up the boat like steering caused by the front rack.
Thinking of getting rid of the basket and making a bigger rack bag as a lock down product. The restrap one is nice but doesn't hold much
Also the put on worst quality bottle cages ever. On the look out for some yellow elites.
Excuse the sloppy pics
Albatross bars are a win I find. Lovely bike.
Set up for a cold overnight last weekend. Colour never comes out right in my phone camera
Love it. Such a nice looking bike. Did you go down towards Wicklow?
Also curious to know...need something to look forward to once this 5km lifts.
We'll have to do a muddy fox meet up once I finish my 2 and we're allowed meet people haha
Haha yeah, how are yours going
It was actually still Dublin, just off the wicklow way near glencullen
