WANTED: touring bike/racks/panniers for long trip. Flexable

Going on a trip through eastern Europe for a month so i'm looking for a near complete. (A lotta gears, +racks, good/new/thick/puncture resistant tyres) I'm looking around the 200-300 mark but would spend more/less depending on what I'd have to spend on parts that I would need to add and work I would need to put in.
Also looking of ortlieb panniers second hand+ racks and bike bags

I have Avenir and Tortec alloy rear racks which might be of interest. And I expect that a front rack could be needed too- I have a nice vintage chromed steel one that looks to be front specific (haven't tested it yet though).
I'm sure these would be useful- unless of course you'd pick up a tourer with these already on:)

I have a rear Rack for sale in my ad and I can sell some Panniers to go with it. Top of the line karrimor ones made before they got bought out and became shit. Also have a topeak bar bag, bit trad but might be your thing

I'm potentially interested those panniers depending on if they are 100 percent waterproof and what capacity they carry, cheers

Nope not waterproof, they come with covers. They are f-ing huge though.
