15 - Rider Down in Whitechapel

Last night on the commute home there was a crowd of people surrounding a cyclist in a shiny blanket on a bench. He still had his helmet on and looked slightly dazed and confused - there was a fire engine with lights still going at the scene as well which suggests that it might have been pretty bad?!

It was just outside the Tescos off whitechapel rd - Here.
