All in all doing pretty well, thanks for asking. Doing 30-40 min sessions on the turbo, doing a range of weirdo strength exercises and stretches which are definitely helping. Not actually tried cycling outside yet. I think I can maybe attempt a commute next week. Mental health is good, altho I don't really want to talk about missing HDIJ and the fixie Peaks trip weepingemoji
All that being said it hasn't stopped me from buying a new bike (hello used Brompton). Anyway my guess is maybe Roydon for summer solstice, but 5 Hills at the end of March I don't think is going to happen.
That is good news! Great sign you're managing a decent stint on the turbo already. Glad everything still works.
There will be more fixie adventures to come I'm sure. To be honest, your misses is probably working on the 28th, so you'd miss the 5 hills anyway.....
