I have just modified the forks so they will take any rack or mudguard. Price is now £80.

They are 1 1/8" and take 38c tyres and require 47-57mm brakes (Ideally mid reach but road brakes might work).
I will give forks a special oil so they will last in this raw state for a while, but you might want them painted at some point.
@mattyc has fist dibs.
