Definitely used state, slight scuffs around the bezel plus a scratch on the screen

Photos (links as they're big to show the condition in detail). The second one shows the scratch in the best detail I can get it. It's visible from most orientations (just happened not to be in the light/angle of the first photo) - you might be able to polish it out or mask it with a screen protector but I can't guarantee that.
