Fyi details: it was a scruffy white Mercedes A10 car, solo-driver, clean-shaven coffee-colour skin black male aged approx.25yrs old, local-accent, dressed in collarless white cotton robe, appeared heavily-drugged, qat-styli.
Eyewitness stated they thought the car 🚗 was deliberately~aimed at me!
But wouldn't give statement to police.
I think me(plus guitar 🎸 in soft padded-case!) were flung~clear by force of impact, but the cctv-road camera footage will tell the whole-story, that section of Kingsland well-covered by various camera-sources.
It was violent&I thought I was dead, it's a miracle I wasn't killed or seriously~injured.😐

2017-10-20 Rider down, Kingsland Road / Englefield Road

I came across a rider, Adi, last night who was walking his bike home. His rear wheel had been pringled and his bike frame will have to be checked over, but he was not injured, fortunately.
He was cycling northbound on Kingsland Road around 1:30am and was close to the junction with Englefield Road when a Mercedes hit him from behind/the side. He can't quite recall what exactly happened in that moment, but somehow he was thrown out of the way (landing well) and his wheel was jammed between the kerb and the car. After stopping briefly and starting to talk to him (getting no further than 'mate ...', the driver then left the scene of the crash.
Police attended, took the details, and began the search for the driver. There was one eyewitness who came forward and Adi hopes that CCTV will reveal the registration number.
