I've got forks with bit too short steerer for my use. I have no idea what's the make. It had 'cartex' stickers on the arms but I peeled it off. The steerer is 16cm long, I need 20cm long. Would like to swap for anything carbon or kinesis alloy fork road version ofc. I've got them for 39quid I would like to let it go for the same.
I'm using photos from ebay auction I have got them from. No 'cartex' stickers now. Can post own photos on demand.
sorry to hijack -- I'm looking for the same! 196mm minimum steerer length. (prefer kinesis or time, straight blade)
It's possible I have something sensible to swap. Let me have a rummage round. I'll drop you a PM if the measuring tape gods are in our favour.
Remember we live in 2017 now and there are available on-screen rulers which fit to the resolution of the screen :)
That is very true however the bike that I need the fork for is not on my screen, nor are the other carbon forks. You will have to deal with the constraints of meatspace I'm afraid. :/
I mean, it displays a ruler on the screen and you just measure length by putting item close to it. However take your time as I might not understood the problem. #bloodyme :)

This still available for sell or swap for the same standard but 20cm steerer.
Can't see the photos.
