I have not been to the track for a good few months now (Colds, Family, broken wrist etc). During this time though i have only been off my bike for 2 weeks (the broken wrist) so whilst my fitness is not totally shot its not what it was.
Am I just going to piss people off by turning up at the RaceReady Endurance session on Saturday ?
I'd like to get over to the track as its been a while but can't do the power session next Sat as the wife is in Malta and i need to look after the kids.
Anyone have any experience of this session ?
I don't think you'd annoy anyone by being low on fitness, there's often a range of levels. As long as you stay aware of what's going on around you and don't do anything dangerous it'll be fine!
