  • The average speed with roads in that state is impressive.
Knees are not creaking anymore I presume.

  • Knees are great thanks. Felt very little pain in my right knee and hardly anything now I am one the couch.
    48/16 was too much tho.

  • Mad respect for that performance, and fantastic pictures as always.

  • Love this picture.

  • Thanks both.

  • Awesome read especially when you‘re doomed to zwift

Love the rack construction, too. Very smart

  • Well Zwift is actually what got me here. Although worse for my knees than outdoor rides it has meant I could sneak in an hour here and there without the whole getting dressed for cold weather, washing bikes etc. This year I am in a much better early season condition than ever since I had kids.
    Thanks Zwift

  • Hah
    Not hating on zwift

With two little ones its the only way to stay fit (physically and mentally 😌) in the last three winters

But outdoor escapes been #toorare lately

  • I know the feeling

  • Straight out of the oven!

@Tijmen hooked me up with a contact who is doing the Magic Bean UDH dropouts for his new frame.
Can't wait to try these out IRL.

Here they are before being cleaned up.

  • so good! i'd buy a pair just as ornaments.
(also they'd go really nicely with my socks)

  • Cats like "wtf are you doing?"

I am working on making my yokes and dropouts available through a webshop. Just trying to get my ducks in a row

  • I'm a constant embarrassment to her

  • Progress on @Tijmen 's new ATB!
Front end mitred up and fit is great. My new holesaws and arbors are a massive improvement.

  • Dropouts arrived at my workshop yesterday, making their way to the cold north as we speak.

  • this looks so clean and "in line". how much weight does it take, you think?

  • I have not tested it yet, but a Rixen Kaul Klickfix system take 5kg so my rack will definitely be fine for that.
And I am not sure you'd want to carry more. I imagine a camera and a raincoat and some snacks are less than 5kg

  • Felt cute

  • Seat tube/top tube fish mouth is really nice (also means a stronger/longer fillet?)!
Also good looking bend, really subtle.
