Mmmmm those horizons. these wouldn’t fit in a 135mm rear spacing would they?
-

I believe that dtswiss hubs are adaptable to almost all veritals of spacing and axle sizing, the end cones simply pop off. Let me check - I owe you a reply to other message aswell!

From what I can see you can buy adapters for about £20 which will take you from 142 to 135x12 and/or QR
The adapters just pop on and off very very easily

The rims are probably disc only aren’t they?
-
• #6
Indeed
-

bargain .. I am about 90% certain both hubs can be adapted to most standards including QR.

Interested if I can find a suitable adapter to take the front from 15x100 to 12x100 which I'm sure isn't hard.
Are these hand built and if so by whom?

15x100 to 12x100
Thats the trickiest conversions that I had to deal with last year .. I doubt there will be a solution according to this: https://d2a13k6araex7u.cloudfront.net/fileadmin/user_upload/Support/Umruesttabellen/End_cap_solution_MTB_front_wheels___hubs_MY2017.pdf
Because they are MTB hubs, DT only makes MTB conversion standards for it, your only hope is this: https://www.bike24.com/1.php?content=8;product=156160;menu=1000,4,32
Which DT say is specific to ROAD 350 hub.

Ghetto though .. I'd say order that end cap and see if it works or return it
-
• #14
My thoughts were along those lines - a 100mmx2mm shim would surely do the trick - it’s only the same as what some hub manufacturers do already ie Tune hubs are 17mm off the lathe shimmed down to 15mm

Guessint this doc is saying it is also not possible to convert down to QR....
-
• #16
The 15mm front likely isn’t able to be converted right down to a standard road QR Skewer, however I believe conversion down to the 12mm Through Axle is possible using one of the methods above.
The rear is convertible to most standards very easily with a change of end caps.

QR is possible with this: https://www.bike24.com/1.php?content=8;product=156278;menu=1000,2,98

Basically everything is possible except for converting front to 12x100. DT has a weird lineup of hubs esp in 350 range.
-
• #21
except for converting front to 12x100
Other than the above options?
-
• #22
Send me a PM to discuss!
-
• #23
one is ghetto and other is a chance that might not work .. so no solid on paper solution from DT :(

I bought these wheels as a stopgap to get me rolling and it’s turned out I’m not going to need them
Great condition - the rims don’t have a mark on them from what I can see and are very nice and wide with a 23mm internal width and are set up with tubeless strip ready to go tubeless or run with an inner tube.
Front hub is very very smooth, rear is not as smooth but still spins well.
Freehub spins sweet with that signature DT Swiss star ratchet click.
Completely bomb proof Wheelset that’ll get you rolling fast and far.
