I've been riding on a road bike frame now for over two years with a rear pannier fitted and using crud roadracer mudguards. This winter I want to switch to a bike which I can fit proper full mudguards on.
Therefore I'm looking for an audax/touring frame or full bike. My budget is low and I am not interested in the bike being aesthetically pleasing or in mint condition (my current bike had a dodgy re-spray job and is the best anti device I've ever had)
Was wondering if anyone has anything lying around that they want to get rid of?
Looking for 55 - 57cm size (I'm 5' 11")
Budget - below £50 for frame or below £200 for full bike
Also, interested in recommendations for brands to look out for.
Hey @Crookoyo check my offer in the classifieds -> Link
I am about 6' and rode it like in the picture at the bottom. Used it for commuting and 5 day tour. I also still have the sks bluemels mudguards lying around.

Formatting Help
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:

Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
