Daccordi Pursuit 650/700

Got these beauty for a while now, & don't use it enough to justify it, so I guess I should let it go..

So, here is a Daccordi pursuit framset probably build by Giuseppe Daccordi for professional cycling team rider. Made of Columbus SLX & early Columbus Gilco (top tube) frame size is 59X58

Original azur blue paint fade & stickers. Still in great shape considering age (no poc/dent), but show some mark of use, several little paint chips. Otherwise it's a really nice frame with many details:

Frame set with with serviced Campagnolo (Record ?) headset and quite new Campagnolo BB for 625£ including shipping to UK.

Could leave 27,2 Italmanubrie seat, Turbo green neon saddle, 3t stem, Mavic bullhorn & green neon bar tape for 50£. Campagnolo Record Pista crank with 52 Gipiemme cahinring for 100£. Eventually sell the 650 front wheel (Mavic open sup CD on Record pista hub)

According to seller (Francesco who is one of the Owner of the brand Fabrica Cycle) this framset is one of the four made for Fanini Cycling team riders around 1986.

"The daccordi frame is one of the four frames of the track team Fanini, it was ridden by Morandi.
I had all the four frames, this is the only one left.
I ve sold the other ones

The zapier (ZANNI PIETRO) was the teacher of daccordi.

I have bringed all these daccordi frames to the daccordi shop, and they were surprised to se the complete frame team.
They told me that they were done in 1986, this paint job and top tube was used only on those daccordi frames "

The four framset where lettered: A, B, C and D
Mine is the bigger of the four, it's the B, the C was sold complete few years ago on ebay for around 2600$US.

Daccordi also did similar framset for Baschin team with 600:700 geometry

@Si46 Not really, I had this information from previous owner, the frame lettered C was sold as an Olympic LA 84 bicycle, but there is no evidence about that.

To be honest, when I've bought it, I was more looking for a dope framset than an historical framset..

I'm gonna send an email to Daccordi.. (I admit it should had been done before)

Be interesting to see what they say about frame in general.
