Fontana Cinelli roaf bike, columbus frame, size 60.

I have for sale this vintage Fontana steel bicycle.
Made in Italy by Cinelli, Columbus tubes.
Because the Columbus sticker was removed partially i replaced it with a new one (original sticker was with black frame).
The frame is in moderate condition, it has some scratches on the paint (please check pics)
Other than this, the frame is in good condition, no bumps or dents on it,
no rust, and the chrome parts are in good condition too.
The groupset is mix Shimano Dura ace and 600 tricolor. The components as follows;
Dura ace rear derailleur (7004)
Dura ace 8 speed cassette
Dura ace bottom bracket
Shimano 600 crankset
Shimano 600 sti brake/shifter levers (right lever doesn't change gears.It can maybe be fixed. I will change it if i am able to find a new one)
Shimano 600 brake calipers
Shimano 600 front derailleur
Giant EXT hubs, Mavic G 40 wheelset, Hattaswan headset.
Selle San Marco with Tianium rails saddle.
The size from center to center is 60cm.

the right lever does nopt change, but it does not make any difference: it won't be compatible with the rear mech

74..-dura ace uses different cable pull..

I have another bike with complete dura ace groupset. The shifters are almost identical with the shimano 600 tricolor i have on Fontana (the only difference is the nameplate), with the same rear mech. And it works fine. I am not an expert but they seem the same. I won't know for sure untill i replace the defective lever with a new one.

I say. 7400 levers work with 74.. Derailleurs. But thex won't with other shimano parts

I did some research, and you are right, dura ace 7400 is different from any other shimano shifters of the same line. A dura ace 7400 rear derailleur can be paired with 9 speed sti shifters, because they use the same cable pull.
