Basically anything njs is fine as long as it isn't too expensive. Peferred bb would be any of the campag 111mm. But a shimano 107mm would do for now

The difference between ISO and JIS is 2mm.

You sure? This is from Sheldon
If you install an ISO crank on a J.I.S. spindle, it will sit about 4.5 mm farther out than it would on an ISO spindle of the same length

Fair enough, in which case, after a 110mm with JIS taper (I'm pretty sure you can't get 109 JIS right?)
