Apologies for late response! Yes, Edgware was formerly known as Edgeware, though I'm not sure whether that change was made before or after this frame!
The frame size is 60cm, top tube 57cm and chainstay 44.
I've never built this up, and am a casual rider at best, but thinking 27" wouldn't be a problem on this...

I went to school in North London between 1967 and 1974 with a lot of kids from Edgware and it was spelt like that then....according to wikipedia it was never called Edgeware...though..a legal record of 1422 mentions "Eggeswer", in Middlesex...here is a link...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_Edgware

Thanks for the info! I only did a rudimentary google search containing both Edgeware and Edgware, and found a couple of places that had the 'e' spelling. Must have been their own mistake, much like the decal it seems!

This frame was given to me as a gift, and has sat with me for over five years having had nothing done to it! Unfortunately its too large for me, so I had it sprayed and added new decal before promptly hanging it on the wall and staring at it for years.
Classic Don Farrell features, possibly Stan Pike build-era? Lovely details regardless. Unfortunately has received a scratch during transport as have moved house more times in five years than I've ridden this thing! Serious offers considered. Based in Stoke Newington and would prefer pickup if poss
Thanks
