Second set done and he noticed my minivelo while he was in the workshop again and told me he works at Ravanello doing finishing work on all the frames.
Sooo much jealousy
That is bananas. CSB.
Mmmm, I also crashed a start gate into my foot today and may have broken a bone so don’t be too jealous!
I slammed my little toe and the one next to it back into my foot the other day, kicking hard the fridge freezer I could have sworn had been moved. Days later still dull aches and pains. I sympathise!
Got a photo of the bodged bars today, you’d never know now the tape is back on them.
New hipster NJS requirement
so was it to do with how far in front of the front hub they were? Or something to do with the 3:1 thing?
They were too far infront of the hub. Seems ridiculous that there’s no margin, especially considering the jigs are made from extrusions and have loads of play/slop.
Yeah they probably fit the Minsk jig less than a week ago! Sam Welsford has some really interesting looking bars on his bike atm. They look like the 3t sphinx bars, but not as ugly.
Don't want to spam the pictures of them, so link to the aero thread where I posted 2
Yeah saw them. Uggers, but definitely not as uggers as that Hope/Lotus bike!
New Look T20 is pretty sweet, fairings over what looks like allen key rear wheel attachment.
If it gets you home, it gets you home.
Any ideas how to remove printing from deckas chainring? Acetone doesnt work.
its etched / laser or what have you so its that finish or no finish - you'd have to sand it down then paint or ano again
Repaired carbon with a cable stop riveted in. Fuck yeah.
Bringing dodgy into a new level.
@Hulsroy this must be your famous yoke!
