psst where have youse gone! I miss checking in on bike tag etc. No Cambs bike chat?
Elvis has left the building.
Was he the chap with the ridiculous seatpost? ;)
we are still here
my cousin works in the university and needs a ss for commuting.
I need someone that knows the (only? ) uphill that scaring him, to propose
a disk - cog ratio.
He is close to 6ft and 172pounds.
If someone has also a bike to sell (54-55), feel free to pm me.
You might be better posting on the general wanted section of classifieds. I run a 48 x 18 and can get up Barrington hill from both sides. Indeed I used to have a 52 front and manage it. What's the big hill?
I was told that there is a tough uphill near university but i'm not familiar with Cambridge.
As it seems my cousin is a disgrace in our family... i will give him a chance to explain himself
and i'll come back.
Tough uphill in Cambridge? I must be missing something
That's why i ask here. Obviously my cousin lacks of the sense of degrees.
Did he get a bike in the end?
Yeah... a Pinnacle Lithium whith a wheelbase of a lorry and gears.
What can i say, i do my best but i can't save every stupid little thing.
I'll try again when some junkie find a reason to steal this eLithium rolling piece of aluminium.
(with "e" sounds like "stupidium" in greek)
Ah a mtb.....I see why he needs all those low gears for the big hills
