h+son formation face - complete wheelset incl. sprocket and tyres - h plus son

You are buying a complete wheelset including as shown: tyres, inner tubes and a 17T fixed gear sprocket with lockring. Wheels have seen a medium use use but have recently been trued and still spin perfectly. This is the perfect wheelset for any urban fixed gear bike, just put them on and your're ready to roll. And they are super pretty, too :) Looking for £200 (RRP would arnd £350).

TYRES: VITTORIA ZAFFIRO 700C x 23mm

New this setup would easily cost around £350 (the rims alone are £150). The wheels are used but still in excellent condition. The rims have a few tiny scratches which are hardly noticeable but I tried to take pictures of them anyway. The front wheel has visible marks from a caliper brake which can probably be cleaned off if you want them all shiny shiny. The tyres still have plenty of profile left.

H+SON FORMATION FACE rims are among the best rims for urban fixed gear riding as they are super strong and yet light. Formation Face is a true “V” profile rim. Without any stress points in the sidewall, the uniform triangle shape improves the rim’s lateral stiffness. The simple profile shape also saves weight by reducing the distance between the bead hook and the spoke bed. The Formation Face rim is made using G609 aluminium alloy which is also 30 percent stronger than the 6061 aluminium alloy used in standard rim manufacture.

Yeah. I sold them there but buyer stepped back. Quite happy as I would've hated to let them go for £62 :) I am happy to accept very close offers but if I can't get close to £200 I will just keep them for a third bike... Cheers

Ah right, I was going to bid but then missed the end of the auction, damn would've been a bargain! GLWS...

Yeah happened to me all the time. I now usually just put down my real max bid when I like something and then don't touch it anymore.. Missed too much great stuff...
