5 lamb shoulders have been trimmed down (excess fat/skin removed) and rubbed with lemon zest, garlic, sugar, salt, rosemary.
20 bits of beef short rib have had membrane removed and been rubbed with salt, mustard powder, paprika and pepper.
Needs moar pickles
twice that many, get slaving!
That's 3 kg of cucumbers. It barely fit into my large enameled Le Creuset.
Fridge of meat marinating
Need to summon energy to remove membranes from pork ribs next.
