Couldn't find a recent dedicated thread for Jacek Orlowski and his awesome frames. So I started this. Please post up your Orlowski bikes/frames!
I'll start. This is my all rounder I've had made, I excitedly await delivery.
gf's 650c bike
I love the look of this! what's the tubing you went for, Columbus spirit? would it be too cheeky to ask how much you paid for it?
It's Columbus Zona with ZS44 headtube. All up I was 850€
mine same tubing, cant remember the price but was frame only order
My beloved Orlowski (2013). Geometry is a blend of Fuji Track Pro and Moda Forte. Made from Deda Zero Uno tubing with a 38mm downtube for adequate stiffness. Fork is made from Columbus Max. Great ride!
Back in 2009 I had this Lopro made. Nice but a bit too small and uncomfortable...
They're both lovely bikes!
mine. will replace the brakes asap.
^ rly nice, what tubing?
columbus zona. build for sscx, currently used as commuter with mudgards and racks, will be rebuild to the picture above, but with new trp brakes.
my initial order from orlowski was quite similar as I had a canti wound up already in parts bin, but then found the enve disc fork from ebay for something like 350 dollars and couldnt resist. Then went full gear mode as the project kind of escalated from simple 4130 winter/sscx to main bike.
That's actually awesome. I remember seeing that a couple years back and being inspired to do my own SSCX bike..... In fact, I think ever bloody bike on here inspires me to build a similar one! ;-)
@negaatio what headset are you running?
thats hope, cant remember the bits but the usual 44mm
Such a thing of purpose and beauty!
Didn't realise @hekla is @eingang
what's the rear spacing?
135 as it is qr disc spec
This issss superb!
Negaatio's cross bike is literally my ideal bike right now.
Here's mine. Actually everything except the wheels is for sale.
heres mine, now upgraded with zen, no more wonky campa pista ring.
One of the best parts on my Ellsworth...
