Gove? Fuck that shit.
Can't understand how we didn't bump into each other.
cannot trust Murdoch's embedded Minister.
A million other people in the crowd?
Meaningful vote on gove.
Surely someone in the Tory party must want to replay John bercow : you can't keep repeating the same thing....
I was the one waving a blue flag with yellow stars.
I was trying to get out of earshot of the
'Vuvuzelas for Article 50 Revocation'.
I recommend Robert Saunders book Yes To Europe, about the 1975 referendum, especially after Heseltine's speech today. It reinforced that a major difference between then and now was the memory of war, that every MP and most of the voters remembered the second world war and that the EU was not just a trading block and that sentimental, inchoate notions of sovereignty were seen for what they were.
shame this march didn't meet Farage's somewhere. that would have been a great opportunity for a #twosides shot ;)
My sentiments exactly.
The March are with Farage in spirit.
And the donkey billboard of course.
Sure. They're now public.
May in trouble rumours now sort of official. But whomever replaces her will have perhaps more Tory party support but similar EU / opposition support woes.
Mail on Sunday (I'm at the in-laws) is pushing Gove as potential successor. I really dont think its because his wife writes for them...
Various articles on the fall out of Brext / Tory party in disarray are hilarious, infuriating, bewildering and insane.
7/10 would read and lolz/cry again.
Gove is a total ignoramus on Northern Ireland, worse than May. Yay...
Hammond may have the charisma of a bag of out of date salad but I think he's somewhat honest / competent and willing to compromise. It's sad that doesn't count in the leadership run.
Brexit is really a joke that's no longer funny.
Isn't Hammond a remainer though? Think Tories will want a Leaver to try and stop the party imploding/more likely to win a GE if it came to it.
I don't see how they can resolve the deadlock unless they are willing to get a cross party leave. Corbyn is still a leaver that has to be dragged kicking and screaming into another vote.
Hammond would support a brexit compromise with Corbyn I think.
But you may be right that a hard leaver gets them more votes, but a GE is over 3 years down the line. Brexit fencesitting is running out of time though.
I drafted a long post but basically, Whatever happens it seems we’re fucked.

Some great ones indeed!
Starting to plateau or just that it was Sunday today? Counter suggests 10 signatures per second at the moment, can't be right?
