Did their post really amuse you?

Drunk again?
Drinking on your own?
Does it make you happy?
PM me.

Totally unable to engage, totally blind to their own prejudices.
Hey ho, what a shame if it is who we think it is.
-
• #13282
I'm not up to date, who do we think it is?
-
• #13283
Morning, BTW.
-
• #13284
Morning! Looking back through his posts when he would admit who he was there’s a similar pattern of making supercilious assertions and then 100% refusing to engage to defend them, choosing instead to deflect and insult. Used to be able to write coherently though, which is now missing- but they do seem to be posting for a brief period before crawling back into a bottle.
Some discussion in the other place.

I thought he was one of the trolls who used to inhabit the eu thread on Singletrack forum appeared over here, similar style
-
• #13286
I lurk on that thread from time to time, I don't think this guy is, Ninfan, mooman or Jam(whatever his name is) they will at least try and defend there arguments. This guy isn't even a very good troll, tick tock, tick tock. He's little more than the drunk guy in the pub who butts into every body else conversations.

Apparently I’ve met him- I remember the event he mentioned, I remember the colour of paint and the kitchen worktop in the house, but I have absolutely no memory of him.
-
• #13288
Maybe it's you in some sort of weird Fight Club type plot twist.
Oh. And Spoliers. Obvs.
-
• #13289
Well, I suppose we can't rule it out completely, but I am fairly sure I last had a drink 8 years ago.
-
• #13290
I was thinking THM who used to specialise in short, we’ll written but fundamentally lacking in substance posts / trolls
-
• #13291
Oh yeah I'd forgotten about him, but like you say he was a bit more coherent. Plus those guys were all BIG fans of Israel so I think they would have been massively into the JC thread right now, or at least more so than this guy.
I'm going with Señor_Bear he's the only leave voter I know of on here*
*Its definitely not him.

Vaguely interesting
https://www.politico.eu/article/brexit-anxiety-disorder-britain-middle-class/
(Although the argument that "Remainers are following a well-trodden path to polarized group think, dismissing their social 'inferiors' who voted for Brexit as stupid, racist and easily misled" is crass, and, frankly, wrong.)

Only nearly 2 years too late and I hope it will help the Brits in mainland EU, as the proposal that would have helped us EU furrins 2 years ago would also have kept everything the same for them. But, better late...
Or is this to sell a no deal Brexit more easily? [tinfoil hat]

Dad?
Is that you? -
• #13296
He won't be back until 2am.

Well a certain Nazi leader wrote a book. Badily written but makes quite a few good points that are still valid today, especially about colossal lies.
-
• #13298
I am not sure that it is Stefan, but there was another West Beers attendee who had a devilish moniker.
-
• #13299
It's not Stefan, when they're sober the English is far too good.

Notice how the picture of Johnson is specifically chosen to perpetuate the narrative that he is a harmless buffoon who couldn't possibly be a threat to anyone.
