Haha, I almost thought that this was my old frame. Lovely frameset, mine was labeled Look, I also bought it in the Netherlands, so there's quite a chance it's either Dutch or Belgian.

Someone did well. It would prob have been me if hadn't bought a Colnago. Ho Hum. That BB is top quality. RGF were comparable quality to Cinelli with the advantage of being a thinner casting at the tube sockets which is more suitable to ultra thin guage tubing such as 753.

Up for sale here is a lovely lugged steel track frameset.
Both frame and fork are in good condition. The previous owner had the frame blasted to bare metal. There are no dents or damages.
Bottom bracket is stamped RGF (Raccords Gargatte Freres). Front and rear dropouts are stamped Brev Campagnolo.
Seat tube length is 58 cm (C-C). Top tube length is 58 cm (C-C). Head tube length is 16.7 cm. Rear spacing is 120 mm. The frame takes a 1 inch fork.
I am looking for € 200.00 or GBP 160.00 for the frameset, including shipment to any country in Europe.
The make and model of the frameset is a bit of a mystery. I am guessing it was made by either a French, Belgian or Dutch builder, but I haven't been able to confirm this.
I bought the frameset just after I bought this one, which was part of a package deal. The double circular bottom bracket cutout immediately reminded me of Kessels frames. Also, many of the details (lugs used and lug cutouts) resembled this bike on the Kessels Flickr page.
When the track frameset seen below came up for sale, the seller mentioned that it was branded as a Giacomelli frameset. Because it looked a lot like the frameset I mentioned above, I was pretty sure it wasn't an actual Giacomelli. After having looked all over the place, I still haven't been able to determine the right make and/or model though.
I did manage to find two identical frames. The first one on the Pignonfixe forum (labelled Carlos), and the second one up on LFGSS, which was up for sale by @nutsjesmoar back in 2013.
