It’s an incredible build.
I really want a Silca frame pump, but the amount of portage I have to do in the woods around here makes it a bit impossible.
Make it a sticky
Spotter gets sticky every time he sees that bike.
It is nice though. What dbad could have been.
there are lots of nice bikes out there that go under 'what DBAD could. have been' tbh
Dbad was a saga, not a bike
A process. Not an event.
Fåck sake mate. Keep it civil
There it is. my new rig after his first propper shakedown ride. rides really solid. love the walmer bars and the smaller gears with the grx drivetrain in front (46/30) now also i can climb some mountains
Looks nice. What Rack/rando bag is that?
Rack a pizza rack from Specialized, don’t know what bag he use tho.
Thanks! Its as @edscoble pointed out, a speci pizza rack. the bag is a tim tas and rek rolltop porteur bag with two feedbags on the back.
@alialias thank you!
The Walmer bars are so good.
Thanks.. I’ll check them out
v III of the 1 x 8 parts bin build gravel rat. drilled and put in some bosses for the water bottle cages, changed bar and stem, now have better brake levers. Next step: fit the Kenda Flint ridge 40mm tyres I just got, and change the stem for one with the right diameter for the Eubios bars which I like very much
8 sp cassette 14-21 also works fine in NL, with a 42 up front :-)
fitted some new tyres...
rene herse hurricane ridge 700 x 42 EL
fantastic as usual
That is nice!
My Paconi from yesterday (see Current Projects thread for more photos of the ride). I think this is finally finished. Maybe. I think I need a new headset.
1 bike to rule them all, my gf has a 2017 CAADX 51cm right now, fairly certain it is too big.
What frames are out there with a more relaxed geo, shorter reach, modern standards and modest price point?
Anything beyond the Ribble CGR [£600] or Arkose Womens framesets [£500]?
Marin do some short top tube models
