“risks giving credibility to misleading and inaccurate allegations about action taken to tackle antisemitism in the Labour Party in recent years.”
Just about sums it up

So Corbyn trying his best to redistribute wealth by starting with himself via multiple libel cases?

Decent chance the Labour party will be bankrupted due to data protection claims from those named in the leaked report.
Some legacy, eh.

Jeremy Corbyn: "I will strongly contest the political intervention to suspend me. I’ve made absolutely clear those who deny there has been an antisemitism problem in the Labour Party are wrong.
"I will continue to support a zero tolerance policy towards all forms of racism."

Definitely some politicking at play. But for Labour to move forward it must exorcise the past. Bye Jezzer...

Be interesting to see if he aligns with green party as alternative. Would they even have him?
If he did, how would that split the Lab vote at next GE?
-
• #2967
I could picture him as an independent.

• #2968
Quite probable, at least until the next GE

Oh excellent the Labour Party can tear itself apart again, whilst the conservatives rampant racism, islamaphobia and general bigotry can be ignored and unreported 👏
Just last year, Sir Keir Starmer said he was behind Jeremy Corbyn 100%.
So how can he claim to take antisemitism seriously?
Chris, Keir Starmer is a lawyer. And as a lawyer, he follows whatever brief he’s given.
Last year, his brief was to make Jeremy Corbyn Prime Minister. So he defended Jeremy Corbyn every chance he got.

Now his brief is to save the Labour Party from accusations of antisemitism. So he’s claiming that he’ll lead the fight against anti-Jewish racism in Labour. The problem with his claims is that they’re just not true.
Keir Starmer stood by Corbyn when it was politically convenient. He should be held to account for it. So why not share this video with a friend?
The first party ever to be investigated for institutional racism was the BNP. The second was Labour.
And it is shocking that the Labour was found to have broken equalities law on three counts.
So it’s not enough to apologise.
It's easy to take a position on antisemitism in hindsight, but seemingly much harder for Keir Starmer to have the moral character and backbone to do what is right at the time.
For someone aspiring to be Prime Minister of this country, it shouldn't take a report from the Equality and Human Right's Commission to tell them what the right thing is to do is.
The truth is Keir Starmer was side-by-side with Jeremy Corbyn when it suited him .
Don’t let Keir Starmer hide the truth. Share this video with a friend — and hold Starmer to account for his failure to tackle racism.

He can join Respect, do they still exist?
De-registered in 2016 apparently. They must have realised they'd been dragged down far enough by George Galloway
