New steel track frame

Hello.

I'm looking to put together a simple build for my commute. I want a new (rather than secondhand) steel track frame - something very simple, not drilled, lite on branding (so rules out Brother for instance) and not something that is going to fall apart after a year. Any thoughts on where to go looking? Posted this here rather than the classifieds thread on account of looking for name of frame builder rather than actual frame.

kinda depends on budget. Just get something from Colossi or one of the many companies selling rebranded Colossi's
