Elswick Jetstream single speed conversion

I'm selling an Elswick Jetstream that I got as part of my payment from working in a bike shop one summer (the owner just told me to pick one of the second hand frames and it looked pretty interesting). To be honest I don't know an awful lot about the frame except that the stickers aren't original. I know there probably won't be much interest, but I decided to post here before ebay

The Frame is a 52cm and I bought new chainset, wheels, rear brake, and cockpit for the build, everything else I got second hand. The brake calipers don't match because the front brake didn't have enough reach so I changed it out, the pedals that are pictured are just so it had some on because I usually wear cleats with it (and look like an ass while I do), the rear hub is flip flop so it has a 15t fixed and an 18t freewheel, the front crank/chainring combo is 49 . Everything works fine, I've ridden it about 50 miles in total (just short trips to the shops and things like that) and it's pretty enjoyable but I don't know how it compares as it's my first fixed gear. I'm asking £180 including shipping to anywhere in UK (as I'm in somerset) so it will come to just under my build price. I'll post pictures below as something's going wrong with them.

I reckon £140 is probably more realistic excluding postage which is about £15

Where you located

Near glastonbury in somerset, so I'd be happy to ship with a courier ( should be around £15 from what I've looked at) otherwise I might be in London during July.
