Selling the parts from my bike, see what you like.
1. Casati Sphera (2005) Frame + 1 1/8 Carbon Fork + seatpost
Dedacciai EM2 Alloy (very light)
Hand made in Monza, Italy.
The frame was rescued from somebody running it as a single speed, so there were minor repairs on cable guides and dropouts that have been professionally addressed. At the bottom of the seatpost is a crack in the outer aluminium layer (you can see this in above photos) - which is just cosmetical, inside is a steel seatpost clamp.
These frames are worth a lot in top top condition and very rare to come across:
2. Campagnolo 10sp. Centaur Groupset (2008)
Carbon groupset with a 172.5mm crank arm length, short length rear derailleur and Italian thread bottom bracket (you can easily buy english if needed). This is a complete set including even the centaur headset. Not pictured are also the black hoods for the break levers as well as the yellow ones (so you can choose).
3. Mavic Ksyrium SSC SL 700C Wheels
Excellent, stiff and fast wheels. Come with Rubino Pro Tyres and Continental innies. These are for Campagnolo cassettes.
4. Cinelli Integralter 1 1/8" Stem
The infamous integralter as a single piece handlebar. Stem is 120mm in length and bars are 42cm center-to-center. Comes with the saluting pin-up girl, which are hard to come across. Will include a brand new set of black cinelli end plugs.
5. Selle Italia Flite Titanium Yellow Saddle
Has seen better days, but structurally completely sound and will provide many confortable ass-miles. This is the one with titanium rails. Hard to come across in this plain colour.
6. Profile Design bottle cages (two)
Sturdy and do the job. Will also hold large packets of nuts and cans of beer - can't go wrong really.
£5 - 1st Dibs Adscan
7. Continental Race 28 700C 18-25mm Long Valve innertubes
Brand new without box. Everybody needs innertubes.
£4 for both - 1st Dibs Adscan
8. Cateye Hl-el010 Uno & Tl-ld610 Light Set
The mounts have been adopted to fit the bicycle in specific parts, thus you would need cable ties to attach these lights or some other form of creativity. These lights are hell of a bright; will even include brand new Duracell batteries.
9. Jagwire red outer cable guides
Maybe somebody needs these...
For all Londoners, collection is near Old Street/ Hoxton (EC1V) or around this area.
Those that want postage, get in touch and we'll sort out something cost-effective.
If you have dibs, message me.
Edit, ignore me if they're 42 end to end...Need it c-to-c :(
90 sheets is a whopping steal though. Rare as hens teeth in 1 1 1/8. I paid £200 for both of mine!
Sorry meant c-to-c
Dibs then...PM incoming
Wow, never seen so complete bike sellage... down the light brackets and inner tubes!
Why'd you split it? Was a beaut and im sure posted in bike porn countless times.
Undibs on the bars (apologies for dibs hokey-cokey)
WOW! That was the perfection of HHSRB, what a ride!
fuuuuuuck I think I might have to do this. The timing is shocking though. Road bike number three? And just as I am buying and building up a new audax bike...
A Casati though...
Yep, RIP one of the forum's coolest bikes.
Dibs bottle cages and tubes. Pm for you
Pm'd re: those Jagwire outers, thanks.
Dibs bars for a mate. Pm incoming. :)
Those wheels are truly excellent btw for anyone considering them - just started riding a pair of the Ksyrium SSC on the Sworks and they're as good as any of the modern ksyriums, built bulletproof as well!
2nd dibs for the integralter
Would bet that's the original color - originally made for Cannondale Saeco team.
They have done another special color also for Cannondale Black Lightning special model -> http://www.bicycling.se/blogs/rytz/en-till-gammal-goding_2505.htm
Have a Saeco frame waiting for the red-yellow integralter, they belong on a CAAD chassis ;)
No it's not, but mine are not custom sprayed. Same as this guy's
Dibs on the wheels.
The handlebars are now sold
You have until tomorrow evening, from which point they will go on fleaBay for higher prices.
Are the wheels still for sale? I would be interested if they are?
