Looks great, really tidy when it's all put together. I agree with the anti-fidlock sentiment, they always struck me as a solution looking for a problem.

They are the perfect solution if you are riding out and back to a CX race. Otherwise yea.

It's more for mountainbiking where with normal cages you end your rides without bidons

Ah, didn't know that! Yeah for roadie use I didn't really see the point, but i can understand it for MTB's.

Cheers all, just a few tweaks on this bike tbh to make it perfect.

The following changes will be made in the short term:

• Narrower and stiffer handlebars, they are way too flexy on the lateral and vertical load.
  
• Bottle cages
  
• revert back to double sided speedplay
  
• Switch to Black Prince brake pads - the LB ones are nice but useless in the rain.
  
  

Long term change gear set to DA 9250.

These one are a little annoying.

Prefer these for double sided mount but also the amount of float you can get on these pedals too.

Underside of BB and integrated in the front fork.

Fair enough, in our advancing years comfort and utility come above all.

Probably not as bad as the front chainrings tbh. They're awful.
