£500 - £1000 - maybe less. I sometimes find guys on odesk to work like this for me however it helps if you have a little technical know-how too.
You could probably find a someone for £10-£15 an hour and I cant imagine it would take long to build something like that.
Sometimes web-designers can be expensive for no real reason other than because they can be.

I'm setting up a new inclusive cycling organisation in the New Forest. A small-scale project is currently being run by New Forest National Park Authority here (http://www.newforestnpa.gov.uk/inclusivecycling) and I have been employed to
a) scale up the project and increase reach/impact
b) establish an independent not-for-profit organisation which will take over the running of things.
I'd like to create a simpleish website with the following features:
1) (Essential) Ability to post/update media (text/photos/videos)
2 (Desirable) Allow participants to book onto sessions without emailing me
3) (Desirable) some kind of notice board where participants/organisations could post to promote other activities/share thoughts etc.
Anybody know anybody or know where I should start?I have a budget for this but have no idea what it should cost. Obviously happy to pay a fair price but don't want to get mugged etc.
Cheers,
Jolyon
