Wanted: 50cm classic track or road frame

Hello all. After finishing my fixed build, now I want to start my girlfriend's single speed.

Looking for a 50cm classic style track or road frame. Just the frame and then I will build it up part by part, though if it comes with good crankset or wheels I will use them.

She will be able to start joining forum rides once she has the bike.

Budget is humble but it all depends on the frame that is offered.

Where abouts are you? Would like to test if 48 is too small.
