yep that's a "Harry O" Herne Hill bike - with a disc on the seattube stamped ILEA
Probably built by Cliff Shrubb and then refurbed in the 80's by Harry 'O' Rowland the wheelbuilder.
Tubing likely to be plain gauge steel (Vitus) hence the small diameter seatpost
GLWS - they're decent quality beaters and built to last
Here's my old one, now owned by craftybutcher on here

Dibs track frame PM incoming!
@Rik_Van_Looy what size was the post on yours? -

Thanks for the info. Looks like a decent beater - sad to let mine go really. I'm just a tad broke right now.
@Mancini I think it'll take a 27.0 post

27.0 is possible, but I think mine was more like 26.4mm - but that's only from memory, it was a good couple of years ago so no guarantees!

Ribble: 7005 alloy frame - Its 54cm c-t. I expect a full geometry chart to be on Ribble's site as they still produce it. Has a lot of cosmetic imperfections and a big scratch on the chain stay which is in image. Comes without a bb and seat collar - takes a 27.2 post. Derailluer hanger is present though. £35
Unbranded Track Frame: No idea on the builder - I think It might be an old ex Herne Hill hire bike but I can't remember the name of the builder. Its measures 54cm c-t and come with an un-drilled fork. Fork has a fair amount of clearance which would make it a good cheap path racer or commuter.
After I got the frame I was going to do a rattle can job on it so sanded the shine of it. Took to it with a slightly rougher grade of paper and was going to wet and dry it next but never got round to it. I'd recommend the buyer to either finish the sanding off or get it sandblasted before respraying.
I can provide more pictures or measurements If needed. £35
