Does the peak look big? I've never had an issue with cotton caps.. just sayin' .. and my head sweats a lot!

I'll mail the apis people to find out costings / minimum order. Just for comparisons.

Walz could be an option but the setup costs per colour are pretty high.

I had a rummage through my caps.. rollapaluza, lmnh, great escape all look like the same make.. made in Italy so possibly apis too

Apis have a minimum order of 150.. really impressed at the speed they got back to me though..

Had a little look again, my favorite is actually the simplest one with only the writing on the flap.

I'm not convinced by the teeth on the sides, it looks a bit weird with the ribbon in the middle.
One option of course could be to get rid of the ribbon, which i believe will be a bit of a pain to get right anyways. But somehow it feels just a bit too complicated and busy.

Likewise, although I suspect IRL the edge of the peak with the pink/blue could look a bit meh. Still think its an ace design though :)

Not true, @Scoot's 2013 Ladies jersey was super rad too.

milltag also seem to do caps, might be worth checking those since they made a good job of the last jersey too.
