C2C (probably Hadrian's way route) and trailers with children?

As above, has anyone done it? worried about pinch points and styles etc... which would be hellish with a loaded trailer. Will have two adults, two toddlers in one trailer, dog and luggage in other trailer, panniers as well. Do not want to be lifting bikes or trailers.

Any input greatly appreciated....

Anyone have any links for good campsites along the way? The ones on the C2C are either shite or 100 miles apart....
