Wanted: Small CX bike or frame

Hello. I am looking for a cyclocross bike to fit someone the height of 5"3. So something with a 49cm top tube and smaller seat tube. Pretty rare I imagine but I thought I would ask on here. Really does suck to be small!

Preferably steel but will consider anything. Old/new.

Full bike or frame+fork.

Hi I have this 653 frame and fork for sale £70, would ask £100 but chrome on fork is coming off in parts.

It's pretty small at 48 seat tube and 54 effective top tube.

Hi @charliee, thanks for your reply although 54cm TT is WAY too long! I said I was looking for a 49cm TT. I am afraid this bike is not really what I am looking for. The hunt continues.

Something like this i presume this is a 49 with a 50 tt but it would be over £600 for the full bike.
