Wanted: Bike Box (hard case for airline travel)

Hi all.

Anyone got one of these cluttering up their place? And could do with some extra spending money for Christmas?

I need one at the end of December to fly my bike to the states permanently.

Any suggestions very gratefully received.

If it's just one trip, why not use a cardboard box from outside a bike shop (or ask a bike shop). That and some pipe lagging/bubble wrap and when I brought mine over from Oz I even fitted little castor wheels to a metal plate taped to one end so it was piss easy to move around airports and such.
