Fuck, yep - out of stock on the 24's. That's going to slow things down significantly. I was ready to pull the trigger then as well..

Flo30 have very limited stock and their orders are generally prompted by a pre-order email every month or so; even harder to get if you are out of America; @Dammit said they are worth it though.

They really do seem like the right option, price/performance wise. Might be worth just ordering a complete wheel set from them, which apparently ships in the first week of September. Could be a while before I got them though.

They are great wheels, much aero, many wide, etc.

Okay, so I'd decided I was pretty keen to get Flo30's after some kind recommendations, but having received an email from Flo about their latest batch it was clear they probably wouldn't be with me until deep into September.

Time kind of being of the essence, I went completely off topic (and over budget), buying a Reynolds Attack 2014 wheelset, which is making it's way to my US office from California. Compared to the > $1500 or so most places seemed to be charging, these were somewhat of a comparative bargain.

So those are the main bits, all of which should be arriving this week. Just need some bars so that the group set can be fitted.

Annoyingly, I've been hit with another bout of my horrible illness, which I'm really hoping will fuck off by the time the build is done. Fingers crossed!

Sorry, yeah I should have mentioned that I'd received that. Figured from the information on their site that if they don't get their own shipment till early September then it'd be a prolonged weight.
