Cinelli Vigorelli 2013/2014

Am I right in thinking the 2014 Cinelli Vigorelli is the same as the 2013 one (in terms of; 'New conical seat tube with increased diameter; The conical shape gives a stiffer bottom bracket area and increased pedalling efficiency. Columbus Altec No-Flex downtube and oversized ribbed stays for best rigidity'.), just with different colours?

I prefer the blue and white colours rather than this years black and yellow or grey and pink.

Black and yellow/grey and pink are just variant colours aren't they? You can always get blue and white.
