Since when you can try the quality of some "luxury" products avoiding the "luxury" pricetag? Even if you get them cheaper because they are used you won't be probably be able to fully appreciate the factory quality (and who buys used bibs or shorts apart from collectors???).
If you want a cheap way to have Rapha branded kit just wait for the next sample sale as everybody else does and accept what people tell you considering what you are asking.
