I have this 56cm 1989 Bottecchia Team ADR Replica in my project pile...
Got it when I got my Greg LeMond TVT92 and I thought it would be a good addition to my stable.
Probably not as tatty as you would like it but it is the Columbus Aelle version so similar to 531.
Did you have a budget in mind?

Could you knock the budget up to about 70 and stretch to a 60cm frame? Have a whole bike...

Too big dude. I normally ride a 55 square. I want to go up a size as its going to be my town ride so want a more upright position.

can u get to brixton? got a frame and fork u can have for 40 quid innit, nice bike, paint sucks tho

531 or similair but don't care about appearance, tattier the better!
It must be straight as I am replacing a frame that is out.
