Doesn't the Admin' of this site hold the IP address of every member ? Surly that is a starting point.

if you paid via PayPal it would be good to publish this ne'er do well's PayPal name to warn other potential victims if he surfaces under another name in the future.......

He told me he lived in Suffolk if that's any help. His bank appears to be in Colchester though so who knows where he really is...
